    Gunnsgirl I'm going through the same thing!! I started carb cycling last week, I'm down 5 1/2 pounds. :).

    Maybe I need to look into carb cycling...not even sure how it works but have heard a lot of good things about it. I will research it. Glad to know its working for you jewels147!
