Ugh, dealing with a very painful belly ache for a day. Started last night and hurt all night. Walked to gym, leg day, walked home. Belly ache felt better so I tried eating--belly ache came back. Must be a bug b/c I feel like if I'd empty my stomach it might feel better instantly. Unfortunately I cannot throw up, it is smthg I hate more than pain, so I'll just deal with the ache til it gets better.

Good day. So sore from yesterday's workout. Did Full Mobility workout for 30. It was nice. Black fire program is so going to kick my rear - in a good way. I'm sorry FromHereOnOut that you are not feeling well. Flu stuff has hit our area especially right before Christmas. Feel better.

Sorry you got sick Sherry. I am exhausted, irratible, and ready for this retail stuff to slow down.
Boss is in Hawaii so a girl who works rarely came in a few times this week, today was first time I took over for her, she was off on inventory, put $100 bill in a new place so I thought I was short for awhile which freaked me out, visa machine went nuts and had to spend time on phone with guy, both of these after work and had to mop floor because of everyone's wet shoes from dirty snow...ugh!
I am now locked in my bedroom with glass of wine!0 -
Decided to eat my feelings today. I didn't find it enjoyable and had a headache from 6pm on, probably due to sodium. It's been a long time since I went off the rails intentionally for an entire day. It doesn't feel good. Ugh. Plus my lowest step count of the week. Why do I binge to make myself feel better when it always ends in me feeling worse?0
