3 Accountability Questions: Week of Jan. 4-10

Hi, everyone! This thread is for those of you who are interested in joining me in answering the following 3 questions at the end of every day.
Did you track absolutely everything you ate and drank today?
Did you stay under your calorie limit?
Were you active for at least 20 minutes?
I have found that I lose weight best with accountability, and I'm most motivated to stick with my goals if I have to write whether or not I kept with them on the same day. So, if anyone else would like to challenge themselves to answer these questions daily, feel free to post here! Let's encourage and motivate each other to do the work and see the weight loss.

Did you stay under your calorie limit? YES.
Were you active for at least 20 minutes? YES, 25 minutes on the rowing machine. I almost got lazy, but I made myself go to the gym this evening, so I wouldn't have to post a "no" to this question.

Were you active for at least 20 minutes? SUNDAY GYM TIME!!! 30 minutes of exercise!

Did you stay under your calorie limit? Yes I did!
Were you active for at least 20 minutes? Was up and moving from about 2-5pm due to grocery shopping and preparing work lunches and dinner!0 -

Were you active for at least 20 minutes? Yes, me and my wife took a walk around our neighborhood for 30 minutes.0 -

Did you stay under your calorie limit? Yes but i only ate 1 time
Were you active for at least 20 minutes? Yes if you count shopping and walking around the stores, starting at 10am to 2pm then 330pm to 430pm. I will work on it.0 -
You guys are amazing! It feels good to go to bed knowing that you finished the day well, right?
Hrwesterberg and Justmimi - I think that walking around in stores, etc. can definitely count. What doesn't count is sitting in front of the computer/TV vegging out.

Were you active for at least 20 minutes? YES - 20 minutes of stairs. Nothing works up a sweat quite like stairs.
You guys are amazing! Push yourself to meet your goals and finish strong!!

2. I was under my calorie limit, actually a bit too much but I can't even think of eating any more today
3. No activity for me besides walking around at work and basketball practice. I have a sinus infection and bronchitis so I need to rest as much as possible this week.0 -

Don't slack off on posting even if you didn't meet the goals. It's easy to not post instead of posting a "no," but (for me, at least), not posting = no accountability = you stop pushing yourself and start down the slippery slope of letting yourself get lazy. We will all have off days, but post anyway and challenge yourself to do better the next day. Nobody here will judge you!0 -

Love this idea. I will post for yesterday now (5th Jan) and come back later/tomorrow for today.
1. Yes I did log everything I ate and drank, including my water which I am particularly trying to focus on
2. Yes - I ate less than my calorie goal and didn't eat back any exercise calories
3. Yes - 50 mins on the stationary bike followed by 15 minutes of stretching0 -

Did you stay under your calorie limit? YES, even with a treat at the end of the day.
Were you active for at least 20 minutes? YES. I did 25 minutes of circuit training with Jillian Michaels since I couldn't motivate myself to go to the gym. (EmmieBaby - I can relate. We were at about -17 today. )0
