I'm back and ready to recommit

Whew! I have been gone for a long time! I screwed up, gained weight and even got out of my workout habit. I had a wake up call with my weight and how I feel (not having anything to do with the new year) and I decided that I need to recommit. It just happens to be January.

I'm just posting to say that I'm back and I can sure tell the difference eating grains and sugar has on my health. I feel basically like crap. I just need some support. On Monday I am officially jumping back in to my kettlebell and weight training as well as alternating it with yoga and other things.

It's not going to be easy, but with the right support system I am sure I will jump right back on in!

I'm in the same boat, trying to recommit and finally reach my goals. The last 6 months have wreaked havoc on my food choices and I'm showing the consequences of it (gaining 10lbs). I'm half way through to my ultimate goal (though it took me 3 years to get here); lost 50ish lbs, and have 40ish to go. I'm determined to push through to the end this year because for the first time ever I'm going to be a bridesmaid (in September)! Currently I'm the largest of them, and VERY determined to at least match some of the other girls. Feel free to add me! I'm definitely looking to build my support system.

I sent you a friend request, I need as many supporters as possible. I have done really well the last few days. It's (I guess) a Whole 7 to get me back in the swing, then back to a sustainable Paleo/Primal way of eating. I feel so much better!
