Hi everyone, This is good motivation! Since January 1st I have been an angel, eating within my calorie allotment, working out 5 to 6 times a week and I quit drinking all alcohol for the month. Started out at 130 pounds (5'2") and I weighed in today at 125.8! Yahoo, this is motivating to see that scale going down! I feel better and slimmer but still have quite a ways to go. But I am motivated for once so I hope to meet the Valentine's challenge! Great to have a support group, you are so inspiring!0

I am super happy to have such an awesome jump on the scale. I have been very good about my food choices and water this week and have worked out everyday (Yoga on my "rest" day). I know that a good deal of this is Holiday related water/bloat weight but it is a good step in the right direction. That leaves me 5 weeks to drop another 6 lbs to reach my 10 lb goal. Definitely do-able!0 -
