Besides soup? I really like them, but eating them cooked or in soup is a little boring. Any idea or recipes which feature them.

BBQ lentils is excellent. Google A Way to Garden and look for her recipe. I just made them in the crock pot and everyone loves them.0

I like this recipe: http://www.bettycrocker.com/recipes/slow-cooker-curried-sweet-potato-and-lentil-stew/841c60f3-3a01-4dec-bc31-c3e0c964a677. I usually eat it as a side dish to chicken. It's really filling.0

If you like Indian curry recipes, try a "dal". It's delicious with rice, veggies and plain yogurt on the side. Here's a quick site: http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/red-lentil-dal-1010190

I love making lentil soup; makes a hearty, nutritious meal. Here's a recipe I use as a go-by....http://m.allrecipes.com/recipe/13978/lentil-soup/. Sometimes I had Italian sausage, but most of the time without. This recipe is easy enough to modify to your liking.

I roast them until they are nice and crispy. I just spray a pan with cooking spray, sprinkle garlic salt, add the lentils (cooked) and bake on 400 until nice and crispy. They make a great snack You could also sprinkle left overs on a salad.
