    I'm about 5' and would like my goal weight to be 125-130, but I will take 140-150. I have not wighed 130 since college. My current weight is 270.

    im 5'6 ,my current weight is about 190 and I want to lose 10 pounds by mid February and 10 more by April to get back down to my pre-pregnancy weight.I gained 60 pounds when I was pregnant and want to lose all my baby weight first and then reevaluate

    I'm 5'7. My current weight..is, I think, 160. I want to loose like 20 pounds. I really want to loose weight for the next year. My twin sister and I want to travel to Seoul, South Korea ,in the spring, within five years(I'm going to college to be a nurse right now. I have to get my degree than get a job to make enough money to actually go...Let me tell you its EX-PEN-SIVE.) It would be my first vacation by myself and I want to be my best.... mentally and physically. (I swear if I like Korea I'm STAYING lol)My real goal is to learn how to eat less and to eat healthier and be a role model for my parents. :smile:

    I am 5'8" and 160 down from 350 (many year in the making). My goal weight is 150, 10lbs to go. I chose 150 because of my body frame, my range is 143-163 for "normal", I pick dead center, 150lbs. My doctor is in agreement with my goal number...so that is what it will be. Cheers all you beautiful ladies.

    I'm 5'4 and would like to get down to about 135lbs from my now 200+lbs. That was the sweet spot for me before where I was most comfortable in my skin. Of course, right now I just want to get back in the one's and keep losing to make a healthier me.

    5'1/2" and my ultimate goal weight is around 135-140lbs. I am currently 165.

    5'3" and ultimate goal is 145lbs. Currently, I am 170 after losing from 198lbs. This was the max goal for women my age and height when I was active duty Air Force and I want to be back in that range now that I am 11 years retired from the military. I was healthiest then and will get there again to keep pace with my youngest child (she will be 20 this year).

    Ladies, we all have these goals, let's not just say it, let's go out and get it!! We can do it!

    My goal weight is 147 but have no problem being anywhere between 142-152( a 10 lb range, because I've heard having a goal range is more easily achieved and less likely to have slip ups.

    That is what my plan to get to 144 and fluctuate between 144 - 149 just stay under 150! Well I've gotten down to 147 and since I've started strength training I have gone back to 153 but I've also gotten smaller. I'm okay with most of it but I really miss my boobs :'( At each point that I think they can't get any smaller they do. I will say that the push-ups have helped.
