    Chris, I'm going to do the ones that don't involve knees and will substitute a couple upper-body workouts for any I can't do, okay?

    Pushups, planks, crunches, dips... here I come. Adding curls, skullcrushers, & rows...

    Just finished 5.25 miles w/DD and DH , Bean and I are out the door headed for the school for another couple of miles.

    Thanks, Shelley. We all just wish she would be quiet.

    Got 3 miles done w/DH and Bean. The kids came over for dinner and Ninja Turtles movie!! DD's favorite guys growing up. It was better than I thought it was going to be.

    Dentist appt tomorrow afternoon then the gym. That should work out just fine. I won't get all my steps done, but I'll make up for it during the week. 21,914 steps today.

    Good not sleep last night, which is rare for me. But now I'm groggy and must drag myself to work. Will try to exercise later, but a nap may be more important. Having company tonight for the college football games.
