I'm 5'4 and would like to get down to about 135lbs from my now 200+lbs. That was the sweet spot for me before where I was most comfortable in my skin. Of course, right now I just want to get back in the one's and keep losing to make a healthier me.0

5'1/2" and my ultimate goal weight is around 135-140lbs. I am currently 165.

5'3" and ultimate goal is 145lbs. Currently, I am 170 after losing from 198lbs. This was the max goal for women my age and height when I was active duty Air Force and I want to be back in that range now that I am 11 years retired from the military. I was healthiest then and will get there again to keep pace with my youngest child (she will be 20 this year).0

My goal weight is 147 but have no problem being anywhere between 142-152( a 10 lb range, because I've heard having a goal range is more easily achieved and less likely to have slip ups.0 -

My goal weight is 147 but have no problem being anywhere between 142-152( a 10 lb range, because I've heard having a goal range is more easily achieved and less likely to have slip ups.
That is what my plan to get to 144 and fluctuate between 144 - 149 just stay under 150! Well I've gotten down to 147 and since I've started strength training I have gone back to 153 but I've also gotten smaller. I'm okay with most of it but I really miss my boobs At each point that I think they can't get any smaller they do. I will say that the push-ups have helped.0 -

@FeelGoodNow13 Same here! I'm glad to meet someone with the same height, but my goal is 140-150, but only because at my plateau I stayed in the 140 range and I think that my normal weight for my body. Also, looking back I was MUCH smaller than what I thought.0

I'm 5'5" and currently down from 175-ish to 157-160 (depending on the day!) My goal weight is 140-145. According to the BMI calculator, I am considered overweight. I do want to tone and build more muscle. I don't want to lose too much and look sick. My doctor suggested to avoid taking blood pressure medication to lose 10-15 pounds back in December. Right now I am focussing on a solid 150 to maintain a good blood pressure.0

Stats: 34 yrs, small frame, 5 foot 1.5
SW: 207 size 18 - 43% body fat
CW: 142 size 8 - 28% body fat
GW: 125-130? Size 6 body fat 22-25%
I have ran the length of sizes and been a zero up to a 3x. Zero was to hard to maintain... I have been maintaining BTW 6-8-10 for last 2 years falling off the exercise and eating wagon. I feel if I log my food and exercise at least moderately 2-3 times a week I can realistically maintain a solid size 6.0 -
It's difficult to say what my goal weight is, but my goal fat percentage is around 19%, depending on how I look/feel at that percentage and how maintainable it is. That might put me around 150-160 lb. I'm 5'8.
Really, it's difficult to determine because the algorithms for these estimators, and the weight loss push in general, are white-centric and typically are derived from samples primarily of white European women. There aren't too many things that use primarily black women so it's even more of a guessing game for us.
A more useful thing to tell you is that I want to be whatever weight, body composition, and dress size that suits me when I can't easily pinch fat anywhere on my body, but still have enough fat for my curves to be pronounced, and have more muscle mass than the average (American white?) woman. In other words, my ideal is closer to American black/latinx beauty standards than those of white foljs.
Just curious how do you plan to have curves at 19% body fat. That's recommend for athletes and results are pretty freaking lean.

Funny. I used to be too...I was a 36h I'm already down to 32ddd! Those are fitting a little loose in the cups I think I'll be down to a 32d/30c when it's all said and done.0 -

I am 5'11 and my goal weight is 150. However, if I get to the 18% - 20% body fat percentage before that, I will stop losing at whatever weight I am in that range. My current weight is 274.0

I'm 5'4" and my goal weight is 145 - I am about 20 lbs away from that goal right now. I decided that I would only get on the scale once a month (that thing upsets me after all the work I put in) and will focus on how my clothes fit and how I feel.0

I am 5'3" with a large frame (actually measured my wrist to find my frame size). With that being said the healthy weight for my height and frame is 131 lbs to 147 lbs. I would like to get to 145 lbs to be safe. I started out at 181.3 in January 2014 and on March 3rd I was 161.6 lbs.0
