Happy New year and welcome to the January weight loss challenge! With the new year comes new opportunities to get in shape and lose some weight, who's with me?! The holidays are gone and its time to get back on track Let's do this!
As always, credit for the verbiage below goes to Dan
If you are new and want to join in, by all means do! We love to celebrate those losses with you! This is the standard format we try to use for these threads:
Name: (if you'd like to share)
My Numbers:
SW: Starting weight before you lost anything.
CW: Current weight at the beginning of the challenge.
GW: Goal weight for the month (what you would like to weigh at the end of the monthly challenge) Try to keep it realistic and SAFE!
LTGW: Life time goal weight ( What you would like to weigh at the end of your weight loss journey)
Weigh ins: What days you will weigh in. (I will weigh in on Fridays in January)
1/2/15= (Fill out after each weigh in.)

1/16/15=
1/23/15=
1/30/15= (Final weigh in for the month.)
Total WL for the month=
The simplest way to do this is to find your previous weeks post, copy the text then click the reply button. Paste the text in and add your new weight.
Also, if you are quoting someone to send them a kudo or offer a hand up, please add @theirusername to the top of the text so we can keep who's who straight (very helpful when we get over 100 posts per month

I've been sick and not exercising as breathing has been difficult. My pulse has dipped down below 100 the last couple of days and breathing easier; so, I am on the mend. My voice also no longer sounds like a bad 80's answering machine. I'm hoping for next month I will be able to really go after the my Christmas gift of Les Mill's Pump.
