    Today was alright even though I didn't meet all my goals.
    1. I didn't log everything, I never log my water. I need to get better at that.
    2. I was over by 2 calories today.
    3. I was active for about 45 minutes today. 32 minutes of intervals on the stationary bike and then about 15 minutes of weights.

    Started the morning with a 355 calorie burn doing 60 minutes of walking, 3.1 mph.
    Hot breakfast totaling 198 calories (Leaving me a negative 157 calorie status heading into lunch.
    Everything eaten etc. in last 24 hrs recorded.

    No - tough day, went slightly over but made a better choice about what I was eating. Big change - said no to a lot of bad foods yesterday in the midst of mental and emotional exhaustion on various levels.
    No - recovering from Sundays workout! AHHH LOL back on track today

    Did you track absolutely everything you ate and drank today? YES. I tried a new roasted veggie recipe for lunch and had a giant bowl of them. Yum.
    Did you stay under your calorie limit? YES.
    Were you active for at least 20 minutes? YES. 50 minutes on the exercise bike. My goal was 35, but I was reading a book and wanted to finish the chapter. ;)

    1. I logged everything except water as usual.
    2. Over my calorie goal, by like 150.
    3. Didn't workout today. My day didn't go how I had planned.
