Today was alright even though I didn't meet all my goals.
1. I didn't log everything, I never log my water. I need to get better at that.
2. I was over by 2 calories today.
3. I was active for about 45 minutes today. 32 minutes of intervals on the stationary bike and then about 15 minutes of weights.0 -

No - tough day, went slightly over but made a better choice about what I was eating. Big change - said no to a lot of bad foods yesterday in the midst of mental and emotional exhaustion on various levels.
