Did you track absolutely everything you ate and drank today? YES. I tried a new roasted veggie recipe for lunch and had a giant bowl of them. Yum.

Were you active for at least 20 minutes? YES. 50 minutes on the exercise bike. My goal was 35, but I was reading a book and wanted to finish the chapter.0 -

Really really need to work harder. Just really hard for me to get motivated with the cold weather. I wake up every morning and think I m going to this exercise or that exercise. so far I have done no exercise at all. My water drinking is almost zero and I have been going over calories sometimes by a lot sometimes just a little.
It has taken me days to find this almost gave up.0 -

Track everything?: Yes - knowing that I'd be coming back to report here was the extra push I needed to log my trail mix blowout last night.
Eat under calories?: No, ate at about maintenance due to having a ridiculous amount of trail mix, but I'd rather be honest with myself than pretend it didn't happen.
Active?: Yes, worked out 80 minutes - 10.3 mile bike ride, 2 miles walk0 -
