After reading leanmachine's post, I decided to do a second test and got 78. Have been in the low 100s the past couple days. Worked out last night, with 30 min on the elliptical. Had dinner and a snack afterward. Pretty usual for what I do every other day. Not sure why it would be so low today.0 -

97 but and hour after breakfast, it was 140
