It is so important to take progress photos through out your training- even when you don't think you can see progress. Week to week you can feel your body getting stronger and before you know it you've become a completely different you. Progress photos are not only key to keeping track but as motivation for all the others out there going through this with you. With that being said I say we make this a place where we can post our own progress photos as well as other motivating progress photos as well. I hope you all like the idea!

  • I'm not one for taking photos of myself, which now I am regretting because I don't have a good photo of me in these jeans at the start of my fitness journey but I purchased these six months ago when I was 25 pounds heavier. Now they are incredibly baggy and I have to wear them half way down my bum (which I'm totally still going to do!) For the past month I have been so worried due to health issues that I haven't been making progress but even though I can't see as much muscle definition as I'd like slipping into (more like slipping out of) these bad boys reassured my that I am still making progress.
