Week of January 19th Goals and Challenges

My goals for the week are:
1. 3x lifting sessions (back on Allpro cycle)
2. Maintain calories between 2650-2750
3. 2x Flexibility routine
4. At 64 oz of water per day

    Completed 1st lifting session today. After 3 weeks off, I will need to unload some weight on the bench press and overhead press. All other lifts were fine.

    My goal is rather simple, 60,000 steps a week and keep within my maintenance calorie limit per week and log everything each day. I really like weekly goals because they give you room for most of life's challenges. Keep up the good work everyone.

    Not a good week. I seem to be injury prone recently. Hurt my lower back 4 week ago and my shoulder last week. Good news is these were not exercise related, but did impact planned lifting.

    1. 3x lifting sessions (back on Allpro cycle) -- Only 1 session completed
    2. Maintain calories between 2650-2750 -- Achieved
    3. 2x Flexibility routine -- 0
    4. At 64 oz of water per day -- Achieved

    I failed miserably at my goals for the week. Travel, work stress, etc. Yes, like buttonholes. I’m on track to do better this week.
