Anyone wan't to be friends and is just starting? I'll be going through the program slow, probably repeating weeks, and I'm doing keto as well. Looking for accountability and friendly encouragement.

    A low carb, high fat moderate protein diet. Basically next to no carbs and plenty of cheese and meat fat.

    Inasmuch as demand for carbs for runners is quite high, and a keto diet intentionally reduces carb intake to a level that can be challenging for someone doing a decent mileage each week.
