I'm in! Ive already lost 8lbs since 1st January, but I only lost a pound last week. Am focusing on my diet next week as this is where I am falling down.0

I have 5 pounds to go. I am thinking of doing the Dr Oz 2 week weight loss plan. It's pretty balanced and doable- I'm just such a suck for my chocolate and some wine on the weekend. I need to pull through a weekend- it's just one- come on Carol! I was also thinking of the Whole Food 30- I have tried that before also and felt great but again tough to last for 30 days. Anyone want to try one of these together?0

Hi there, Also updating progress towards Valentine Day goal of 10 pounds.
Start weight 130 Jan 1st
Goal weight is 115
Current weight is 125
I have stuck to 1000 to 1200 calories per day. I exercised 6 days a week and burned anywhere from 250 to 500 calories in workouts on those days. I have abstained from alcohol all month to jump start the weight loss as I feel the sugar contributes to fat (don't eat candy, bakery goods or chips so my vice is wine). Happy with the loss, only wish it will keep up at 5 pounds a month. I tend to plateau about this point. Hoping not this time!!0 -
There is only a little more than 2 weeks left until Valentine's day but I am going to try lose 5 pounds by then!

I'm in. Better late than never! I will shed what I can. I'm 49 years old. CW is 156lbs but dreaming of getting back to around 146. Postman bringing me T25 and a new Garmin. I'm determined to look fabulous this Summer!!!0

No further progress on the scale but sticking to the program! Hoping by Feb 14th will have a drop. 5 pounds lost since Jan 1st.0

Ok not sure if anyone is still chatting on this thread? But I am really committed to this Valentine Day challenge. We are now 7 days away from the deadline! I hoped to lose 10 pounds but said I would be happy with 6 pounds as I know losing weight fast is unlikely in my case. I am thrilled to say I am down 6.5 pounds! So who knows I may exceed my own real expectations! Thanks for the motivation everyone! How are others doing??0

Hi ladies just wanted to say, my last update will be on Valentine's Day! Excited to see how much I'm going to weigh by then even if I may not loose all 10lbs!!! It's so great to see all of you guys are making progress and loosing the weight. I get so motivated and inspired each time I come on here and reading the new comments and update on this thread! Even if some started late knowing and seeing the changes and making progress from all your hard work and dedication is better then nothing at all. I myself was starting to get a bit discourage at times but with patients, time, dedication, commitment and hard work I am definitely seeing the results! So hang in there ladies, keep up the hard work! Stay pump0
