    Jan. 9 - 146.4 lbs
    Jan. 17 - 145.8 lbs
    Jan. 24 - 143.4 lbs

    This 2.4 lb weight loss kinda scares me into thinking I might gain this next week. Who knows, maybe I'm just finally getting it! I've been really consistent with my C25K and doing very well with my calorie intake and logging everything I eat. Looks like it's working! :) - Total weight loss this challenge - 6.6 lbs.

    Just realised I've been logging my weight wrong this whole time because I messed up my stone-and-pounds to just-plain-pounds conversion and was operating on the basis that 11st is 153 when it is, in fact, 154. I can't do simple maths.

    Weights should read
    SW 156.5
    8/1 155
    15/1 154.75
    22/1 154.25

    Whoops.

    Goal for Easter -> 165
    Ultimate goal -> 165

    I would be very happy with 170

    Jan 22nd - 178 - I am really plateauing - so trying to add some weights or look for a Zumba class.... :(

    I was down, then way up this week (like 2 or 3 lbs after Saturday) because of a holiday party that consisted of unlimited drinks. I ran 2.5 miles before the party and walked an additional mile at the mall trying to burn calories in advance. The fact that I'm a little lower than I was last week is encouraging and likely due to my delicious Tex-Mex chicken lunches and tomato soup dinners for the week!

    Does anyone have any recommendations for low-calorie (500 and under) and low-fat (20g or under) make ahead meals for lunches or dinners? I'm starting to repeat some of my meals which only leads to me food-cheating when I get tired of eating the same thing every day.

    Keep up the great work everyone!

    SW (Dec '14): 155
    01/01: 153
    01/08: 152.4
    01/15: 151.2... I caved to my favorite Mexican restaurant last night or this would have been lower like it was yesterday :\
    01/22: 150.8… not much loss, but considering I had a holiday party on Saturday that lasted until 3am, and the mid week snow storm that prevented my run, I’m totally okay with this progress :)

    Hi there!!

    What I have been trying to do is make meals that go well for the next day. For example - I made ground turkey burritos for dinner on Monday and used the leftovers to throw on top of a salad for lunch on Tuesday. I had many compliments on my rocking Taco salad! Soups have been working well for me too! Right now I have a Chicken Noodle in the crockpot!

    I have gained! I'm not happy about it, but still lost cm's.

    January Week 1 - 68.3 kg (150.6lbs)
    January Week 2 - 68.2 kg (150.4lbs)
    January Week 3 - 67.5 kg (148.8lbs)

    +1kg (2.2lbs). Sorry community. ;_; I haven't been eating the best. I'm going off track and I need to commit to good clean food! Any suggestions?

    Lost another 3.5cm from around my body. :) I'm glad I'm measuring! Or else I would be so disheartened by my scale.

    Try making healthy snack packs! When I come home from the grocery store I break open the bags of carrots and fruit. I will make pre portioned snack bags and throw them in a basket in the fridge. I also throw in protein shakes or cheese sticks. If I know the snacks are ready for me I am less likely to search for an unhealthy alternative!
