Dr. Oz has several weight loss programs/guides that you can follow. I have started to follow the Dr. Oz 10 day weight loss program. Anyone have any success?

I tried the 2 week rapid weight loss- I did it about 3 weeks ago and lost 5 pounds until I fell off. I am also doing the 10 pounds off by Feb 14 with other women in this group. I am starting it again tomorrow. I found it easy- lots of food (it's the one where you start the day with a smoothy, 1 cup greek yogurt, 6oz protein(chicken, eggs or tuna) and of course- lots of veggies. My issue as always is trying to sneek in chocolate! Want to do this together?0
