Signs to look for

Hi Everyone. I'm new to the keto thing.. second day in. I feel really tired and weak but that's about it. What signs should I look for to know whether I'm in ketosis or not.

Also, feel free to add me. I need lots of keto friends to help keep me accountable :)

    Remember to replace your electrolytes. Drink some chicken broth to help with the "keto flu". Supplement with potassium and magnesium as well. Drink plenty of water (aim for 96oz a day).
    Keep your net carbs around 20g a day and you'll be in ketosis within a couple days.

    Virtually all adjustment problems when it comes to keto is electrolyte related. You need sodium, potassium, and magnesium.

    A good way to get the first two is to cut an avocado in two and sprinkle salt on the faces. Eat with a spoon. Magnesium is found in spinach, among other things.
