Been wanting to start the c25K program for awhile but weather was more a factor plus I wasn't doing much walking until the last couple weeks...so wanted to do that first (on a regular basis). Got where I was walking 5k at least 3 times a week. So I started Week 1 Day one Monday. All went well with Day 1, did the program and the finished out walking to make up the difference so I did 5K. Tuesday I only walked at a very brisk pace (the same distance). Today was Day 2...it was a lot rougher...the walks in between weren't long enough it seemed. I had to pause the program a few times because my legs felt like they were going to give out. I plan to push through when I do Day 3 without pausing the damn app. Day 3 is either Friday or Saturday. Got a walk with a group Thursday evening.

Sounds like to me you are over doing it. I did the same thing and kept walking briskly after the program was finished and did extra on the days off. I ended up injuring my knee. After some time off I am now restarting but only following the program. I did day one yesterday and even though I didn't feel like I did enough, my knee doesn't hurt so I am just going to try and stick with the program. I may add a video or something on off days but something different than walking/jogging to give legs time to heal. I wish you the best of luck and hopefully no injury!!!!

Thanks. Yeah I could be. I know I plan to slow my walking down if I do walk between the days I'm doing the program. I walk with the local Team RWB twice a week, which so happens to fall in between 2 days I plan to do c25K. I know I'm not walking Sunday at all, and won't either Friday or Saturday (depending on the day I do Day 3). Might wait to do Day 3 Saturday for a little rest.

Good luck with yourself on the program! :)
