    My eating goals are calories under 1200 and carbs under 40. What are others'goals?

    My daily goals are to eat under 1400 calories, yoga stretches 20-30 minutes every morning and walk 30-40 minutes 3-5 times a week. My short term goal is to get under 200 pounds by the end of May. :smiley:
