Ive known people who ate and then said "I didn't even care for it."
So it was pretty much wasted cals and less for someone else to have
You enjoyed it and you go on, tomorrow is always a new day to start fresh!0 -

That's not a bad thing to go over once and a while. Changing it up now and then will prevent stalling. Remember you don't need forgiveness or permission for your choices. Just be happy with it and go on.
You can do this and we are here to help you.

Been there! Especially office times when everyone is standing around the "food" chatting and talking. I will often walk away to be strong to avoid the temptation, but then I feel anti-social. It is difficult temptation. But as some others have already noted, you enjoyed the treat, tomorrow we begin again, and we are all here to support you.0

Don't beat yourself up. Log in into your diary. You'd be surprised how you can fit it within your daily calories if you log it right away and compensate for the balance of the day. Just move forward. Exercise and extra 15-20 minutes that day. You got this.0

I can't eat anything sweet anymore. My husband made me a coffee with sugar free french vanilla syrup in it and I gagged. yuck. You will have a good day today, just don't let this minor slip derail you.0

I haven't heard of strawberry/cream cheese cobbler, but it certainly sounds good. It is understandable that you tried it. As others have pointed out, it was one day. That day is over and you are on to a fresh, brand new one. Today you can make different choice. Don't beat yourself up or feel bad. Life is going to be filled with circumstances like this and each of us just does the best we can. Happy Today!0

Been there done that too! Tomorrow's another day, so get back on track food wise tomorrow and tonight? If you can fit in some extra exercise, do that. It's one day, just don't let it turn into 2, you know?0
