Hi All,
just curious as to whether anyone would be interested in a weekly post for weigh-ins? (I was thinking on Mondays- not only to kick off the week but keep us mindful of what we're eating over the weekends)

Off topic but related: I'm so mad at the scale this morning ... up 1.6 pounds over yesterday after being +/- 0.2 pounds for 3 weeks. I can think of some reasons-did most strenuous walk yesterday in 2 months-hills, really pushed myself and my legs are screaming this morning; plus had extra salt and bouillon yesterday because feeling a bit weak. Have really been doing well with food. Discouraging but I know I didn't gain 1.6 pounds.0 -

This happened to me too! I actually progressively increased for like 4 days!!! I caused me some concern. However, I did notice my shirts having more room on the side and felt my stomach getting flatter. Then I just started my period yesterday and now I am instantly back down to what I was before the weight gain. Overnight, literally! So keep moving forward. You are either gaining muscle or a little extra fluid.
I'm in for weigh ins on Mondays.
