Hit my goals yesterday – today I started with burning 412 calories doing 75 minutes of cardio exercises, includes walking @ 3.1 mph at gym. Then a nice low-calorie breakfast with room left for later in the day.

*today I have some tasty ramen...1000 calories of salty goodness...only going over in carbs by around 400 -
Feb 10: no (well, sort of, I quick added), not sure (I think so), yes.
Feb 11: yes, yes, almost no, but yes due to some body weight stuff before dinner (and while preparing it)--yay, me.0 -
