    Barely, used all my exercise calories today which I don't like to do but still yes.

    Wasn't great food choices wise this weekend (as with most weekends) but had fun and still made it to zumba so not a complete loss. Back to it today :)

    Yes Yes and Yes! I am proud of that! I log absolutely everything that goes over the lips and into the belly! Some days it is truly frightening...but I figure I ate it so I log it!

    Hit my goals yesterday – today I started with burning 412 calories doing 75 minutes of cardio exercises, includes walking @ 3.1 mph at gym. Then a nice low-calorie breakfast with room left for later in the day.

    You guys are doing great and being consistent!! NikonPal - your food looks delicious. You might want to consider a career as a personal chef for people who are looking to lose weight. ;-)

    *today I have some tasty ramen...1000 calories of salty goodness...only going over in carbs by around 40 :)

    Feb 10: no (well, sort of, I quick added), not sure (I think so), yes.
    Feb 11: yes, yes, almost no, but yes due to some body weight stuff before dinner (and while preparing it)--yay, me.

    EmmieBaby - have you ever seen the Brittany Murphy movie "Ramen Girl"? I think of that every time you write about ramen. :-)

    Didn't make it to the gym this morning and was tempted to skip it, but I pushed through, so...
