Never heard of it. What makes it different? And, you can friend me, even though I am not doing that. We're all in this together, regardless of the path we choose.

I've not heard of it either but would be interested in hearing more.

Lindora is low carb, low fat, moderate protein.....as posted on their website....so....I'm confused....if you are not eating carbs, and you are not eating fat, and you are only eating moderate protein......what are you eating?? The only thing that remains, is air.????? Please explain.

I quit reading as soon as I got to the part about them selling me bottles of "fat burning supplements."

Congrats on the 24 pound loss that is fantastic! I follow Atkins (I don't think I could give up my fat) but whatever you're doing its clearly working, so keep it up!

Ugh... so basically ultra-low calorie. That's not very fun.

Yeah, sounds like you'd be hungry all the time. It is lower fat than Atkins. The FAQ says: "How many fat grams or what percent of fat should I have while on the program or in long term maintenance?
During the Weight Loss phase of the Lean for Life program, the daily Menu Plan consists of approximately 20-30 grams of fat per day. During the Lifetime Maintenance phase, the daily fat intake is closer to 40-50 grams."

I just reset my macros to 103 grams of fat per day :)
This Lindora diet sounds closer to the South Beach diet, which you can follow by buying the book instead of paying this place! Another thought: A friend of mine did this kind of weekly visit, expensive plan about 15 years ago. She lost tons of weight, but when she stopped their plan, it gradually piled back on again. Go figure.

This would be a nightmare for me. The FAQ states low carb is 100-50 carbs a day, fat intake is 20-30 a day. They don't mention an amount of protein but let's assume 100 grams. That amounts to a total of 1070 calories. I can see where you'd lose weight, but I'd be starving and sick all the time. And angry - possibly psychotic.
