    5'3, 140 - 144 lbs

    baby 1
    delivery:192 lbs
back to 140 lbs within 6 months

    baby 2
    delivery 188 lbs
To 150 lbs in 6 months, 140 lbs by a year

gained 20 lbs in 3 months due to work and moving stress around when baby #2 turned 2. Didn't lose it.

    baby 3
    delivery 195 lbs
    3 weeks pp: 174 lbs
currently 178 lbs (8 weeks pp)

needless to say, I'm struggling this time. Have started making an effort in the las tweek with no change so I guess I have to drop the calories a bit (currently at 1600+ 500 for EBF).

This is my 3rd baby. Pre-pregnancy I was 150 but had recently gained 20 lbs last year during thyroid cancer treatment. So my "normal" weight is 130.

    Delivery: 195 lbs
    2 weeks postpartum: 175 lbs
Now (4 weeks pp): 161 lbs

Down 34 lbs so far :)

I went up to 181 after this but am now at 177 (13w pp)

I started losing after I set my weightloss goals to 1 lbs/week, don't count BF but I eat back my exercise calories. I figure something in there balances out.

I'm embarrassed to say that I gained 30 pounds quite quickly after that, eating the junk I didn't while pregnant. I started working out/eating right and I've lost 14 pounds so far.

Hi there, I'm pretty new to this. I started MFP a while ago and then stopped when I got pregnant with baby #3 and just decided to try it out again. So my stats have been like this:

    Baby #1:
    Pre-preg: 130lbs
    Post-partum: 140lbs

    Didn't lose the extra 10lbs

    Baby#2:
    Pre-preg: 140lbs
    Post-partum: 154lbs

    Didn't lose the extra 14lbs

    Baby#3:
    Pre-preg: 154lbs
    4 weeks post-partum: 190lbs
    4 months post-partum: 174lbs

This is when I started eating healthier and cut down my night snacking

    current weight: 161lbs
    goal weight: 130lbs

I didn't really try losing the weight after my first two babies even though I'm sure I could have gotten back to my goal weight. Now, I have to work even harder to lose the weight. So far, all I've done is eat healthier and lost an average of 1lb per week. I'm hoping to start exercising now so I can start losing a bit more.

Tomorrow is my 2 year postpartum mark (when did my baby get so big?!), so I figured I would update!

    Starting stats:

    Height: 5'5
    Pre-pregnancy weight: 165
    Pregnancy end weight: 179 (41 weeks - 14lb gain)
    Goal weight: 120

    1 week postpartum: 165
    1 month postpartum: 160
    6 months postpartum: 144
    9 months postpartum: 139.2
    12 months postpartum: 133
    18 months postpartum: 127
    24 months postpartum: 121

I'm still a pound away from goal weight, but so happy to have lost the mommy tummy! My blood pressure is down to a steady, normal number as well. :)

Good luck to all of you newer mommies out there - you can do it!

    My pre-pregnancy was 150, at 36 weeks gestation I gained 40 lbs.
I am currently 170. I lost 5 lbs in January using mfp but gained it back. I am back on the wagon and my goal weight is 130, but I was thinking that I may try to intensify my workouts at that point and get down to 115. I've always wanted to be in really good shape, to be as strong and as fast as I could be. It seems silly, but its always been a fantasy that has seems totally out of my reach.

    So
    pre pregnancy weight: 170
    delivery weight: 216 (+46 lbs)
current weight (4 weeks pp): 183 (13 pounds to pre pregnancy weight 33 pounds to goal)

I was down to 180 but then had to spend the night at the hospital getting a d & c on Saturday (happy 4th of July) and gained 8 pounds in that day! Lol. I've been waking up until the 4th and I took this week off because I don't want to end up back in the hospital and away from my baby...
my husband gained 36 pounds during my pregnancy (only 10 less than me and I had an actual baby in there! ) so we are about to stay clean eating so we can get back to where we want to be. I just need to make sure I'm getting enough calories so I don't screw up my supply! I also don't plan on exercising until I get the okay from the dr next week... at which point I may start jogging and then I plan to join the gym through my insurance and swim a few times a week once I go back to work mid august.

I have definitely stalled out. I have renewed my gym membership (which I let lapse after a pregnancy loss and then this pregnancy made me too sick to work out) and I'm starting to track calories again. Still nursing and pumping while at work. My baby was 10lbs 2oz at birth and has always been a good eater.

New here! Just had baby #2.

    SW: 170
Weight on delivery day: 189.2 (19.2lb gained)
    5 days postpartum: 180.8
    12 days PP: 172.6

    Almost back to pre-pregnancy weight!

    8days PP: 197
    17 days PP: 188
    5 weeks PP: 184

Goal weight is 149 but I would be ecstatic to get to my wedding day weight of 153. I am exclusively pumping and haven't watched my calories so my weight has very slowly come down the last few weeks. As long as my supply isn't affected I'm going to start trying to stay at 2000 calories a day and see if I can jump start my weight loss. And at over 5 weeks pp I'm going to start exercising. Would love to have some accountability partners to help being consistent with logging my food!

SW 160-165 (didn't measure til 8 weeks, but I assume I hadn't gained too much in those 8 weeks)
    Highest pregnancy weight: 195
After delivery (maybe a week PP) :175

I hung out at 175 for a while and then started slowly putting it back on because I was eating poorly and not paying attention. Weighed in around 200 at 2 years PP.

I've lost almost 10 lbs since I started trying to really be diligent about making better food choices, cutting back my sodium, and being more active.

New here, introduced myself in a different thread :) but I'll track my progress in this one.

    I'm 5'7"

    Baby 1: started out: 180lbs
    weight at delivery (42w + 1d) 228lbs (baby was 8lbs, 4oz)
    18 months later: 170lbs

    Baby 2: started out: 170lbs
    weight at delivery (42w + 0d): 218 lbs (baby was 9lbs, 2oz)
    12 months later : 170 lbs

Baby 3: started out: 165 lbs
    weight at delivery(42w + 0d): 210lbs (baby was 8lbs, 5oz)
    12 months later: 185 (ugh)
    2 years postpartum: 145lbs

    Baby 4: started out: 145lbs
    weight at delivery (40w + 0d): 195lbs (baby was 7lbs, 1oz - couldn't believe she came on time!!)
2 days PP (when I got home): 183lbs
    1 week PP: 175 lbs
    2 weeks PP: 171 lbs
3 weeks PP: 169 lbs (today)

I always seem to gain the same amount, no matter what I do, but I really don't want it to take so long to come off this time! The loss seems to be slowing down now that I'm 3 weeks out (it's amazing how much fluid you hang onto... And I wasn't even swollen!). Looking to lose about 1 lb per week. Like the accountability of posting here!

Weight loss has definitely slowed but progress is progress none the less. 1 pound to pre pregnancy weight! Goal weight is 145-150 so... maybe one day I'll get there!

Walked around the block at one week postpartum but pelvis felt weak and sore so going to wait until doctor clears me for exercise. Exclusively breastfeeding so won't be cutting calories any time soon but will continue to make healthy food choices. My Looking forward to seeing numbers on the scale go down!!

    Baby 4: started out: 145lbs
    weight at delivery (40w + 0d): 195lbs
    2 days PP : 183lbs
    1 week PP: 175 lbs
    2 weeks PP: 171 lbs
    3 weeks PP: 169 lbs
    6 weeks PP: 166.4 lbs

Weight loss has definitely slowed (which is good, really; I want it to be done in a healthy way), but continuing to make good progress without tracking or exercising. Have my 6 week appt tomorrow. When the loss stalls, I'll worry about tracking and/or adding exercise then. Right now I'm just enjoying the relatively "easy" weight loss :)

    Pre-pregnancy weight: 117 lbs. 5´7" total at 41 weeks 153 lbs. (+36 lbs.)
    3 days pp : 149 -4 lbs even though my baby weighed 6 lbs 12 oz :)
(I had an unplanned c section that kept me on my butt for a good couple weeks and apparently full of water)
1 week pp: 140 -13 lbs (23 lbs from goal)
2 weeks pp: 138 -15 lbs (21 lbs from goal)

Not cutting back on calories as I´m establishing milk supply ebf but trying to get back to eatting healthily (the last 5 weeks were about surviving pregnancy...see birth at 41 weeks pregnant lol)

Can´t wait to get back to my active lifestyle (mostly jogging and yoga) have to wait until Dr approval at 6 weeks (not looking to get a hernia no more surgery please) but at 2 weeks Iv,e been baby wearing and walking around. I´ll be 3 weeks come wednesday and plan on walking at least 1 mile a day...working my way back up I walked 5 miles a day up till my 9th month.

I´m no where near my jeans and not quite sure how some of these youtubers get back to their size in 2 weeks but I am happy with where I am considering its been 2 weeks since this beautiful baby was literally torn from my womb lol.

Please feel free to add me I´m looking for mommy fitness friends :)

    6 weeks PP: 166.4 lbs
    7 weeks PP: 162.6 lbs

Pretty big loss this week - baby girl had her 6 weeks growth spurt and with 3 other kids to attend to I feel like I never have time to eat. Need to do better with that (thinking I need to prep more food so I don't have the 'I don't have time to eat' excuse.... hard boil some eggs, chop up veggies for faster salads, make sure to have nuts and cheeses on hand and ready to go!). Haven't started exercising yet (tho I go the green light at my 6 week PP visit last week), but my body is feeling more and more restless, so I'm thinking I'll try to fit in some strength training for starters - my stomach is pretty flat again, but my abs still feel weak and I get lower back pain sometimes, so I know I need to work on strengthening my core. Of course, if I don't have time to eat, I'm not sure when I'll find time to work out, lol. For now just enjoying the newborn phase.... it's already more than half over and it feels like we just brought her home!!
