Yay! LCHF!!!!

I just wanted to touch base with you all and let you know that I had a really good visit to the doctor today. I've lost almost ten pounds since my last official weigh in at her office on Jan. 28. My labs were excellent and everything else was awesome. She told me how great I look and was really excited about me doing LCHF!!!!! WOW!!!! This is great!!!!!!

My doctor is very happy for me and my sister too!! Great to have a doc with an open mind. The dinosaurs need to retire.
