Using your own ingredient in your recipe

I make my own mayonnaise and have saved that recipe in MFP. I would like to use that mayonnaise in other recipes (like salad dressing). Is there a way to use my own ingredient in a recipe I'm entering in MFP?

I think you'd just search for it, maybe use the old recipe builder instead of the new one?

I just tried to do it on my iPhone and it didn't work.

I've done it but only when the ingredient is in my commonly used list or I'm on a pc.

Thanks everyone. I figured out how to make it work. Enter the values from the mayonnaise recipe, then save as a My Food. Now my mayonnaise shows up as an ingredient I can use in other recipes :)

Thanks for the tip Melissa. I will do that too.
