I'm 18, almost 19. Wondering if there are other teens in this group?

    I just turned 19 yesterday.(: in college and really struggling with low carb, or diet in general.

    I applaud you for getting your health and eating habits straightened out so young! I wish id done it earlier. I work at getting my daughter to do the same, she has mental/emotional problems and pcos so she REALLY needs to get her eating and such in order also and she's also 18.

    If i can ever get her back on mfp, ill have her look you up :smile:

    I'm keto in a JC with junk food everywhere, i feel your pain.

    Thank you! She's welcome to come talk to me, I struggle with a learning disability and some other things too.
