Welcome to take a peak. I also live in Montana. Love it here! I drink fair trade coffee maybe once a month a place called cowgirl coffee. I'm currently doing the lchf way of eating and in a month lost ten inches alone in my waist, four off the hips. Can't work out like I used to, neck injury, but I'm back in doing Turbo Fire with minimal adaptions because of left arm damage. Only shop non GMO 100%.0

I am back on the clean eating wagon after being sick last fall. Feel free to add me.0

feel free to add me as well - I think I've posted here before, not sure?
I do NOT have a low calorie goal, my daily goal is 1800 calories and 1450 on rest weeks. I am training for a half ironman and 1200 just does NOT cut it for me, must fuel the body. therefore, my diary entries are vast. I divided my journal in the following session:
5am - 12pm
12pm - 6pm
6pm - 11pm
Snacks
Post workout
I eat mostly clean but do eat out on the weekends. haven't weighed myself in weeks, it's hard but I can't keep focusing on weight loss right now. performance is the goal, after the race we will see how things go.
Sorry for the long post.0 -
Mostly clean eater here with treats on a Sunday (and sometimes Wednesday...!)
My diary for February is pretty dire but I'm firmly back on the wagon now.0 -
I'm also just getting started, but my diary is open. Add away!0

I have an open diary, but be warned, I tend to only eat 70% to 80% clean. There are some things I am just not willing to part with.
I know what u mean, we have to have our guilty pleasures from time to time. Although some of them, such as chocolate, can be made healthier like switching from milk chocolate to dark chocolate

Hi all, Just joined the group! Have been on a break from lording food with MFP, bit this week I felt like making a comeback.
I'm looking to build muscle, which means I need to gain wait and body fat in order to build muscle in the gym.
Friends at work keep telling me to dirty bulk to gain mass quicker, but I am persisting with a clean bulk, to avoid all the negative health consequences of a dirty bulk diet plan.
Looking forward to new meal ideas and recipes to bulid mass and muscle.
This Community wasn't here last time I use MFP (I THINK), looks like there have been major changes in the last app update, I'm loving the new app!
Feel free to add me, my diary is open!0 -
I do not eat clean 100% of the time but my diary is open. Feel free to add me0

Hey! I've been on a 95-100% clean diet for about 6 months now. Not every day is perfect but pretty close! I'm vegan about 90% of the time and vegetarian 100%. Open diary. I always am cooking new crazy good clean recipes. I love to share if anyone is feeling stuck!0

Mine is not open because I don't believe there is a way to open it only to a group, and I'm not being antisocial, but I don't really want to do friends on MFP. I have two or three, but I keep track of so many FB friends already. I sure don't want to open it up to everybody. They'd see my diary and flame me for not eating any fast food or ice cream.0

Hi there, I just joined your group last week and look forward to learning and contributing whatever I can. I try to eat clean but milk chocolate is weakness for me. That said, I just discovered that stevia, whey protein ( chocolate of course) and a tbspn of cocoa chocolate almond milk in my shake hit the spot..for now anyway!
Feel free to add me!

Gluten free, mostly grain free, dairy free...clean eater here. Open diary to friends.
Although I will admit lately my freaking candy sweet tooth has gotten the best of me, however tomorrow is day one of kicking that habit to the curb again!0 -
Just started a new MFP, because what I was doing before was not working and I am going back to what I did many years ago, clean eating. I know the next few weeks is going to be challenging, but I am worth it! So glad I found this group. I wont be posting much due to school, work and family, but I will definitely be logging what I eat.0

Hi Linda!
I also have 100 to lose, and am trying to eat clean as part of my strategy - along with three days per week at the gym.
One website/cookbook I've found really helpful is Oh She Glows. I'm not vegan, but have found many delicious recipes through her site.
I sent you a friend request...

Hello, I am not perfect either - Every morning I try to do better. Been on MFP six years plus most weight I have ever lost was about 25 pounds. What I would give to do that again. I would love to meets some people.0

Mine is open now. Mostly organic, home made stuff. Lot's of smoothies.0

I just opened mine (didn't realise they were closed!).
*mostly* clean eater. I let my fresh soups slip (even though they are ready made) because they don't have nasties listed in the ingredients - just actual food. I let my popcorn slip because... I'm human!
I'm not perfect, but all we can do is try our best!
