I'm 5'3. When I started this journey I was 236. I am now at 227 and still dropping. My initial goal weight is 199. My overall goal weight is 160. The struggle is real but being healthy and strong justifies it all. Peace and blessings all0

5'5 current goal is 155. I have been smaller but not sure that I looked very healthy at that point. When I hit 155 I may shoot for 150. I will be more than pleased with that.0

I'm 5'5" my current weight is 273.5 My highest weight was 278.8. My goal is to be 170 but it I may go as low as 150 depending on how my weight loss journey is. I am carrying 135lb of lean muscle and my trainer says if I lose 95 lbs I will be at a healthy weight for my build (not to be confused with the height chart).0

My height is 5'7 and I am currently 187 lbs (size 12) and still breastfeeding. My goal weight is 160 lbs which I was a size 8. I have just started this program and I am hopeful. Good luck ladies!0

I am 5'3" and my current weight is 147.4. My goal weight is 127-132. 130 would be great. I'd probably be a size 9/10 in pants and size 8 dress at that point.
Maybe next year I'll try to go for 120-125.0 -
I'm 5'8, 164lbs and my goal weight is 155. I may go lower. I started out at 176. I went from a size 8 to a size 6. I don't want to go any lower than a 6 since I'm tall. Anyone can add me so we can share this journey together!!0

I'm 5'5," and my current weight is 189.2. I currently wear a size 12 pants (size 10 UNcomfortably) and my goal is to get back into my size 8 pants comfortably. I remember myself at this size and I liked the way I looked and felt. I'm not sure how much I will weigh when I get there though (I'm not as concerned with the number on the scale as I am my health)... I guess we will see. Anyone is free to add me also.0

I'm 5' 6". Goal weight is 160lbs, starting weight was 191. I'm 184 right now.
I am comfortable with 160lbs.. I have a lot of muscle and weighing any less just isn't good for me.0 -

Thanks for your question; it’s helped me to refocus on my goal. I’m 5’7” and I started here at 250. My goal weight is 165. I’m down 43 pound and I feel so much better, but, I have 42 more to go. However I’ve hit a plateau and stalled here at half-way and have mostly maintained for several months. At, 67 soon to turn 68, I’ve had some additional situations (don’t we all). However, No More Excuses, I’ve done several programs, Food Lovers, Low Fat, Low Carbs, 50% Raw, during my weight loss journey. All these programs work and I’m searching and finding how to balance nutritional eating and fun activity for a life-time. I appreciate BWLW for support and inspiration. Best wishes to all of you.0

My SW was 188. I'm currently at 177.6 after 1 month. My ideal weight would be 130 but my goal is 146. At 146 I was happier with the way my clothes fit.0

I set another goal of being in the 180's by my birthday in November.0 -
I'm 5'3 and my goal weight is 140. According to the bmi chart that puts me right at the end of the "normal" range. I was this size before and it felt just right. Any smaller and I'd think I would look weird!0

I do not really have a goal weight, because I have never been small nor do I want to be right now. I just want to be healthy and comfortable in my skin. The smallest I remember being and was very comfortable and wore my clothes well was when I was a size 22, meaning I could go in a store and fit any size 22 that they had....0

I am 5"6 and my weight goal is 150. I chose 150 because I feel that is where I would comfortably be weight-wise. Once I reach that goal and I want to continue with more weight loss, then so be it. The only thing is, I do not want to get to be too small. Best wishes to you all!0

My goal weight is 10 lbs less than I weighed on March 20 when I started this. so I guess 278? Ultimately I'd LOVE to weigh some magical number, but right now, I'd like to lose 10 lbs.0

I'm 5'5, currently 248.6. Right now my ultimate goal weight is 177.4, but that may change once I get there (my smallest weight as an adult was 150)0

I'm 5'4". I got up to 188 and now am at 184. I wear a size 12 and it TIGHT! LOL! I have two goals called health and vanity. Health goal is 160 and to be able to wear a size 10 comfortably. My Vanity goal is to get to 150 and button the skirt of my high school cheer uniform.0

Interesting... so I think that my ultimate goal weight is somewhere between 140-150. Something that I did the last time I was on this journey that helped was to break it up into smaller goals, even adding some measurment goals in there. So, I'm currently 212. So at 205, I'll get myself a special perfume I wanted (or whatever tickles your fancy). That way I always had something to look forward to and to keep me focused on the small victories.0

Ultimate goal is 150 but for now I want to be in onderland. I'm 217.8 pounds right now so if I get to 199 I'll be happy. Then I'll shoot for 180, then I'll go for 150. My husband says 150 is going to be too small for me and I'll probably be happy at like 170 but we shall see.0

My ultimate goal is 150 lbs too!! I'm 5'3", and I currently weigh 230. I had lost nearly 25 pounds but I gained 20 pounds back. My first small goal weight is 218.0
