    4 mile slightly chilly walk. Had to go early, TRX class this morning, followed by a big screen showing of one of my favorite Hitchcock movies "Rear Window" - I had to get a ticket to see it.

    Adding 28 miles for 217 out of 325. It would have been more but when you have a flat and discover your spare is flat too, that pretty much ends the ride. Thank goodness for cell phones.

    Dave, I've seen it a dozen times, but seeing it on the big screen was so much better. Not too many of us in the theater and I think at the ripe old age of being 51 in three days, I was the youngest one there.

    Spent the day sneezing with burning eyes but I did get out & walk 2.5. Yesterday I only got in 4 on the ex bike. I keep telling myself I'm NOT sick but will feel better tomorrow!

    @taxmom9093: same here, we still have 3 feet of snow on the ground but rain is good; it will help getting rid of it. There's hope :) For the first time, we reached 5C yesterday here in Quebec since Fall... Took a sunbath, sitting in a plastic chair with my winter coat on. Silly picture, but it felt great!
