Hey Ladies!
Nice job on the strategies for keeping yourselves within your calorie limit. Now, let's share how you manage what goes into your meals. If you pack or menu plan, what's one strategy that has been working for you in regards to getting the right amount and type of foods in your meals? If you don't pack or menu plan, what is one strategy you want to implement in getting the right type and amount of foods into your meals?
Look forward to reading all the different stra-tee-geries.

I buy frozen meals for lunch weight watchers. On Sunday a cook a batch of food and keep track of the calories and divide by portions. That way I know how many calories a portion. Eating more fruit.0

I get on My Fitness Pal put in what I think is a good meal idea and then add or subtract based on what the numbers are. This is what is really keeping me on track and is helping my family too. With summer coming on I am going after more fresh fruits and vegies added to every meal.0

I plan a menu each week - when shopping I am checking the labels of the ingredients that will be going into each meal. Checking for the sodium, sugar and calories. I make a huge salad on Sun and have that at lunch each day w/ leftovers.0

I have been trying to eat more fruit and started packing carrots for a snack during the day.0
