    I've been on here for about a week and hoping to get back into shape...

    I'm 26 and have a daughter that's
    Height: 5'6"
    HW: 155(when I gave birth I was 172)
    LW: 128
    CW: 138

    GOAL: A healthy 125-120 and to feel better about the way I look.

    LW: 125

    Goal: I want to be at the very least at my lw: 125 but my ultimate goal is 118.

    I don't know my BF and am still unsure about my GW,

    Once I get to the point where I'm really happy with my results, I'll be at my GW!

    (I ultimately would love to see 128 again someday, but made the decision this month to transition to maintenance mode at 132 just so I can maybe stop stressing so much about the number on the scale. I've already dropped 23 lbs - and I'm just getting exhausted with the constant "not there yet". I don't want to turn the scale into a permanent obsession).

    Hi! (Both of you, haha!) Not to steal anyone's twin but I'm about the same.

    HW: not sure but when I started weightwatchers 7 weeks ago, I was 155

    I'd like to be 140 by May 9, when I'll be on vacation in the Dominican Republic for a week! :)

    I workout 4-5 times a week. Spin class, zumba, bodypump, weightlifting using machines and free weights. My biggest problem has always been portion control and making healthy food choices. Also resisting the urge to treat myself to sweets or pizza or chipotle - my weaknesses!
