I've a fitbit charge that I like but just yesterday I figured out how to do negative adjustment. I run on a treadmill every morning and the machine says I do about 1100 calories but given credit for like 450 on fitbit. I'm wondering how I'd get full credit..any help is very appreciated. 0

Does the machine ask for your weight at minimum?
And does it appear to be using a good formula for calculating calorie burn?
Or is your Charge HR giving a good estimate?
