So, I picked the worst week to start my healthy living as we've been away and it was my partners birthday yesterday so we had a meal out and have had lots of drinks! However, I exercised every day apart from one and have lost 5lbs! I'm so happy and am now ready to be REALLY good and keep exercising in the hope I can reach my goal for summer :) how's everyone else doing? Anita x

    I'm a hot mess. Full of want and desire and honest logging but eating and craving cookies like they are my best friend.

    I am going gud don't brek any rule of eating clean ...and filling small chenges too ..that motivatat me ...and I stop my self to do any mistaked

    Im still feeling quite strong had to have a pizza last friday just because me and partner pretty much lived off them before I decided to do this and he was really craving one so I said we could have one as a treat as hes been so supportive enjoyed it but felt really bad afterwoods but hey its about enjoying yourself aswell otherwise we would just get bored and give in. Congrats on the 5lbs loss gingerpest12 keep it up :)

    Thank you Gdogg92 :) it's exercise that's really helping....I don't think I'd be able to stick to my calories without it! Don't worry about the pizza...you're totally right, you've got to give yourself some treats or it would be impossible to stick to long term...It just means you savour it more than usual haha!

    I totally failed on my workouts this week, Only went twice. Kind of in a "I don't care" phase as the pounds are not dropping.. I de-motivated myself. And I had a cheeseburger and fried zucchini last night, It didn't even taste that good.

    Have you tried Rice cakes? They can't replace cookies but they give the sweet taste if you get the flavored ones and are very low calorie wise.

    That's the worst. When your choices are not so healthy and the food wasn't even worth it.
