I'd like to be 140 by May 9, when I'll be on vacation in the Dominican Republic for a week!
I workout 4-5 times a week. Spin class, zumba, bodypump, weightlifting using machines and free weights. My biggest problem has always been portion control and making healthy food choices. Also resisting the urge to treat myself to sweets or pizza or chipotle - my weaknesses!0 -

I'm 44 and a mother of 5 kids who has not had alot of time to concentrate on myself and getting back into shape.
