P90X Legs and Back today. Whoever scheduled Biceps and Back on Wednesday and more back work on Friday is a masochist. It probably doesn't help that I did the last one at 8:30pm on Wed and this one at 4:30am today, but my back was still pretty sore.
Fat2Burn, have you done P90X and if so how do you like it compared to P90X3? I'm enjoying P90X, but I just can't see myself dedicating 90 minutes a day to it on an ongoing basis.0 -
