I love my fitbit zip I try to do 10,000 steps a day but I realize I need support to push me some days. I would love to have some friends with the same goals as I do. How to I find out what my Fitbit user number is? Thanks..0

I am a Fitbit One owner, but I do not think it matters which type you have if you are looking for people to compete with. I am looking for some competitive people to help keep me motivated and on track! Add me if you are looking for the same!

I purchased a Fitbit Zip and have used it all week. I love it! Question - I know that some track sleep - does the Zip track hours you have slept?

They can be made accurate by getting your stride length manually set.
My last run Zip said 9 miles, it was 8.61 per GPS. It said 1252 calories, best estimate said 1233.
Prior run Zip said 4.29 miles, it was 4.23, It said 614 calories, I had 608.
Those are the best I've seen, and was actually combo run/walk intervals, so really impressed it got distance right, so I had both stride lengths setup correctly.
You can then track the workout by creating a manual activity record for that block of time, snapshot of stats will happen for review down the road.
It does NOT have an activity button to make that easier, so you must note the start and end times to create that record. So that could be annoying depending on what you use. I have Garmin HRM/GPS, so I got the times down anyway, not so bad.0 -
