    Hey everyone! I'm not new to the weight loss roller coaster, but I am a self-diagnosed binge eater and I also struggle with depression (hmm pretty sure they are connected, don'cha think?!) anyway, this is the first post I've made in a group, I'm pretty nervous about putting myself out there but I know I need to get my bingeing under control so I can get this weight OFF!
