I seen this in the general message boards where a young woman is doing 100 days to the happiest her. I think I'm going to steal her idea. Starting today ( I am going to do 13 weeks to a happier/healthier me) 04/04/15 thru 07/04/15 I am going to work one week at a time on changing habits and making healthier living a focus and habit, so I do not have to rely on trying so hard, it will just come naturally to me. For the first week, I'm going to work on only eating what I have with me for breakfast/lunch. Even though our vending machines have healthy options, I'm going to stick to my bag only!!!! Also, I'm going to continue to weigh and measure every thing I eat...
Anyone wish to join me on this 13 week journey??

Nice idea ! I think I must have started this a week ago!! I have been exercising regularly and eating better on the 21 day FIX program. I felt like 100 years old yesterday with the muscle soreness !! I also did a 100 day program last year and this is when I lost the most weight and walked a lot!! It does work!! Count me in!0

Good luck ladies! I wish I could commit to the journey, but I tend to fail at anything over a week or two. I have to do this in really small increments or it just blows up in my face. So I try not to think more than a couple days in advance! That doesn't mean I won't give some new things a try, but I know if I tell you I am committing, I won't commit! Does that make any sense?0

Why don't you post a THREAD specifically for this journey and just post at the beginning of the week and then at the ned...so we can use that single thread for this purpose and not post wherever in our discussions...could put it in the Announcement section instead of the discussion section. Just a thought ...as it would be easier to check in . Could post our weekly 'get to be a happier and healthier me' goals at the beginning of the week.
