    Starting the 10,000 a day challenge
    I was a little late starting so I will have to make up a couple of miles by the end of the month.

    April 1 6000/10,000 (3 Mega Miles)
    April 2 4000/10,000 (4 mile power walk)
    April 3 12000/10000 (4 mile power walk and 2 miles from the 3Mega mile walk)

    Hi, My name is Rosa. I have set a major goal for my next birthday. Part of my plan to meet my weight-lost goal is to do this walk challenge 10,000.00 step. I am having issues with posting my steps. can someone help me?

    Hi all Is every one just using Leslie's walking DVDs or are you adding in other steps from the day? Where are you posting your steps, here at else where?

    Hi Olivia,
    I'd like to join you and your fellow walkers. As this is Easter weekend and will be a very busy time with family, I won't be free to walk until Monday. Knowing others are also walking will help me to be motivated!
  • I'm new to this challenge/posting business but am also excited for it. I've bumped up my exercise regimen in the last couple of weeks and started the intermediate plan on April 2. I've had both hips replaced in the past year and am doing well, but the extra walking is bothering my right hip so I may have to go back to the beginner plan or take a day break. Is a rest day allowed mid week? Any plan is better than sitting on my butt!

    Hey! I have decided to begin the intermediate challenge today. I will be adding in steps from my day since I am on my feet a lot at work. I have a goal in mind for myself and am definitely ready to start.

    Hello and so glad to meet everyone. I just saw this challenge on FB and knew it was for me. Got my Fitbit charged and ready to go. I recently decided to buckle down again and get the weight off. Started 4 days ago and happy to say 1.6 lbs are gone and that was without walking.

    Yes a days break is worked into the challenge it looks like it is every 7 days. HTH

    We don't have a process defined for posting steps... that is up to you guys in the challenge group. If someone wants to create a new discussion for "Post Your Steps Here" people could report their daily steps in that discussion. Just a thought.

    Hello everyone. I am starting a healthy eating program and exercise program on Monday and I thought this would be good for me for some accountability. We have a weight loss challenge going on at work and this would be a great addition to it.

    Hello everyone! My name is Linda and my end goal is to run a 10K but I am very out of shape and will start with walking. (That 10K is a looooong term goal.) I'm a few days late but I'm going to jump in starting tomorrow and pick up on day 6. Best wishes, everyone, we can do this!!

My name is Marion and I admit that there are days that I am lazy so hopefully I will do this challenge, it's not that I cant do it, it is a case that I don't do it and that is bad I am my own worst enemy.     Hi - my name is Sue and I need to get fit. I walked two miles today with one of Leslie's videos- does anyone know how many steps that is?? I like her videos as they get my heart rate up a bit more than actual walking-so ---here goes!
