    Keep in mind this is one guy's version of "truth." Reading it now, some of the stuff he says isn't so truthy, but hopefully it'll make me look good nekkid. :)

    The author's hipster tone is driving me nuts, but I'm liking the primer on broscience. :)

    I've been mostly avoiding high intensity exercise because it has knocked me on my butt every time I try. Basically, it sounds like the suggested approach is to reload your glycogen reserves after (or even during) exercise.

    This is the same thing Peter Attia does, and he goes a little farther by calculating his glycogen reserve size:

    This author punts on ketosis, but Attia says he can maintain ketosis even after eating 300g+ of carbs.
