  • I would say drinking more water is the biggest change I have made. Up until now I was lucky to drink 1 glass of water a day. I hate water! But I am getting used to it,and that is just straight water with no flavor or sweeteners. And second, I am walking a lot more. Just getting in 1 or 2 walks a day for exercise here at the office, rather than sitting all day at my desk. I was putting on about 5 to 7 pounds a year, since I am no longer an at home mom that never seemed to stop moving. All I know, is I plan to keep going with this even after this program is finished. I am really committed to loosing more weight.
    THANK YOU!!!!

I am more conscience of what and how much I eat, drinking move water, and walking outside at work again now that the weather is warmer. =)

I started to eat a lot more fruits and vegetables and avoid eating as much meat. I drink more water and walk more for exercise. I can't touch my toes again!!!! The best change is that this will be a new lifestyle for me, not just a diet. Losing 19 pounds has made me feel so good that I want to get down to what I was when I got married. I am excited.

The biggest change is that there are a lot more vegetables and fresh fruits at meals. The change has not only been effective for me but, also for my husband who has lost about 10-15 lbs so far. I have more energy and work out each day. A day without a visit to the gym in the garage just isn't right. In our house this in not a diet - but a new way of living - a lifestyle change. One that my husband and I will work on together.

My biggest success is realizing that I'm a stress and boredom eater and that water is not as evil as I previously thought. Sure you have to use the little girls room more but you feel TONS better with more water in your day.
