This article from the MFP blog is just so contrary to fact and at odds with my experience of keto that I don't know where to start!

    What are some of the more glaring errors? I suppose one of them is the need for so many carbs for the body to function. What about some of the others?

    It doesn't cover the glycemic index of different foods at all or mention how your body deals with and breaks down carbs. I know it's a "beginners guide" but that seems pretty relevant information to me.

    Here is an interesting post on the glycemic index, and whether or not its actually useful, as it stands. The post is a translation of the actual video/podcast, which is why you see it in steve/chris conversational format.
