    Low Sodium V-8 juice, mixed with a little FF Italian Salad Dressing, and then sprinkled with Ms. Dash Garlic and Herb Blend. (to about 10 cups of veggies, about 12-16 oz V-8 to 1/4 c. FF dressing). It's nice when you are tired of just chewing on a carrot stick :) I should have added it's better if you let it marinade for 4+ hours, stirring occasionally.

    (I didn't do a very good job trying to quote here -- I was trying not to post the pic again, and didn't get it right I guess <sigh>)

    I learned to crochet a little bit when I was little. I picked it back up a couple years ago. You tube videos have helped me a lot. Im a lefty so I do it all backwards. Check out some of my items on my Etsy shop if you'd like. Etsy.com then search LiLiDi.
