I went back and calculated my extra miles from my am walks from my fitbit logs. Ends up being 62.62/50 miles.
I made my goal this month.0 -

Had to take a walk around the house tonight to finish out my miles, but I just barely managed 6 miles. Exactly 75 miles this month.

Dean - it was my neck and left shoulder area... and it's still tight and causing me tension headaches, pretty much every day - but they're not as constant (e.g. I wake up without it, and it's only when I drive or later in the day that they come on).
EJF7000 - Good for you for getting done what you could, despite a crazy month!

April 30, I walked 6.3 miles and a total of 157. 8 miles for the month. I fell short of my goal, but I was sick for 5 days and had trouble making up those miles.0

Are you seeing a chiropractor or a massage therapist? Please set up weekly (or more) appointments until that tightness is GONE! You should not have to deal with this! I wish you well!!
