    Struggling, struggling, forever struggling. I stayed the same this week. I am determined to get back on track.

    Here are my stats:
    OSW: 230 lbs
    UGW: 140 lbs
    SW for Challenge: 183 lbs
    Goal Weight for Challenge: 163 lbs
    Current Weight: 181 lbs
    Weight lost: 2 lbs
    Weigh.lt remaining to lose in this Challenge: 18 lbs.

    Total loss so far for this challenge : 3.7 Lbs

    Looks like in order to meet my goal by the end of the challenge I need to lose at least 1.8 lbs a week from here on out which more than likely will not happen but I damn sure going to try!

    I know I haven't been logging on here frequently, is it too late to join back in?

    My weight at the moment is 11 stone 2, which is about the same as my starting weight. It's the start of a new month now and I know I probably won't reach the 20lbs loss by July, but I'm hoping to come close at least! I'm going to start being more accountable on here and hopefully I'll have met at least half of the goal!

    Challenge loss to date: 3.5 pounds! (20 by Memorial day isn't going to happen, but I'm still trucking along.)

    I have had difficulty maneuvering up and down on the spreadsheet from the beginning and now it appears I'm gone completely. I've checked in with this group quite frequently and weighed-in each week, so I don't know why I disappeared. I'll continue to report my progress on the thread.

    Down 1 lb from last week... although, it sure would be nice to get below this. Need to focus on drinking more water! I've been bad about that.

    No change on scales this week but I've been more active so hungrier!! Feeling fitter and getting more water so feel better even though scales didn't move! Going to be extra good this weekend :smile:
    Really like seeing everyone's progress - all doing great!

    I was shocked that I lost 2 lbs this week. I haven't been great at calorie counting everyday. I went to a funeral and had a ton of brownies as my meal. I had a couple extra Oreos one night. I think it's been that ivd been busy and more active in my daily life like gardening and hooping. I didn't even make all my strength training because I had a bad allergy attack. I think adding all the veggies in my diet helped as well.

    Really thought I'd gain this week, didnt do very healthy eating but still managed to lose .5 a pound. Not too bad I suppose. Will do better this week. Please add my week 4 weight 187.5. Thanks!
