I let the usual cycle of work and family give me an excuse to slack. Try g to refocus and its not easy.

It is a constant struggle, isn't it? I find that we are fine until there is an event. We just went to a beautiful wedding = 2 days off plan. Didn't go crazy, and got back to business Monday, so in that way I did fine. In May, there are 3 birthdays and Mothers Day. In June, it's Father's Day and our 17th anniversary, the list goes on. But, I refuse to let these events go by without celebration, just have to get back on track with the next meal and stay on track between!0
